What jobcopilot does

jobcopilot helps you find jobs from supported company career boards, understand how they match your profile, prepare application materials, and track your applications.

jobcopilot does not submit applications for you, contact employers on your behalf, or guarantee interviews, offers, or any other outcome.

Your account

• Use accurate information and keep your password to yourself.
• You're responsible for activity on your account. Sign out other devices from Settings if needed.
• You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Privacy & Data.

Your content and AI assistance

• You own the profile, resumes, and application content you create.
• AI features rephrase, organize, and tailor the information you provide. Review everything before you use it: you're responsible for what you submit to employers.
• When information needed for an answer isn't in your profile, jobcopilot asks you instead of guessing.

Plans and billing

• The Free plan costs nothing and needs no credit card.
• Paid plans renew each billing period until canceled. Cancel from Settings → Plan & Billing; you keep the paid plan until the end of the period you've paid for.
• Plan features and monthly AI allowances are listed on the pricing page.
• Managed Search and Executive Search start with a request. Requesting doesn't charge you or change your plan.

Acceptable use

• Don't misuse the service, try to access other users' data, or interfere with how it runs.
• Don't use jobcopilot to misrepresent your qualifications to employers.
